Refund Request/Transfer to Relay-Durham Half Only

To request a refund please fill out the following information completely. You will receive an email when you have submitted the form successfully.

Refund checks will be processed the week of the event. Please do not contact us regarding your refund request status, unless you have NOT received your refund check by the week AFTER the race.

Transfer & Refund Policies:
Race entries are non-transferable between events, years, and individuals. No exceptions will be made! You are eligible for a 50% refund until exactly one month to the day prior to race day (ex. April 22nd would be the deadline for a May 22nd event). Refund requests received after this deadline will not be processed for any reason.

Durham Half Marathon - Change to Relay:
If you would like to change from an individual entry to a relay for the Durham Half Marathon - please indicate that below. When we receive your request to transfer to a relay, we will then email you a PROMO code for you to sign up as a relay. You will then pay the difference between the individual rate that you already paid and the rate of a relay registration on the day you registered.
